1. Why the icon of Quick Trade doesn't show in the desktop?

It may cause by the Java setting. You can try to update the Java setting to restore it, please follow the steps below:
  1. Go to the "Control Panel".
  2. Double click the Java icon to open the "Java Panel".



  3. Click "General" tab.
  4. Click "View" button in the "Temporary Internet Files" sector.



  5. Select 'GuocoCapital Trading Application' row and right click, choose 'Install Shortcuts' to restore the icon in desktop.
